Thai food is best shared with friends and relatives. I would like to share my cooking expertise with you so that you can experience the sheer pleasure of creating and eating this colourful and exotic food.

Why not perhaps arrange a 'cooking party' at home with a few friends and let me teach you how to prepare your favourite Thai cuisine in your own kitchen and then eat it for lunch? Alternatively I can teach you, yourself, in the privacy of you own home so that you can delight your family later.

I will provide all the ingredients for the lesson which will last for 2 hours.

• Decide which day you want the lesson (Monday-Thursday 10:00am to 2:00pm)
• Choose one appetiser, one main course and a rice or noodle dish from the menu pages
• Decide if this is for yourself or for a party (3 maximum)

• 1 student - £50
• 2 students - £40 per student
